Collective Impact 5 common themes: common agenda, shared measurement, mutually reinforcing activities, continuous communication, and backbone support

Currently, we work with over 50 partners to thoughtfully and sustainably plan for outdoor recreation, protect our outdoor recreation assets, and connect people to places. Our Interagency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which is completed and signed by 14 stakeholders, is the beginning of improving collaboration and capacity development.

TREAD is driving collective impact with a focus on 6 strategies: Enhance and Improve Conservation and Sustainability, Expand and Enhance Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure, Improve Education/Advocacy about Outdoor Recreation and Cultural Awareness, Increase Representation of Underrepresented Groups in Outdoor Recreation, Strengthen Community-Powered Marketing and Travel, and Mobilization and Coordinate More Volunteers for shared Stewardship of our lands.
